Reyna Del Cafe, or the “Queen of Coffee”, is a cooperative in the northern region of Madriz which is known for its high elevation and dry, cold weather that differs from the rest of the country. Reyna Del Cafe Cooperative provides workshops for all of their 128 members, allowing them to improve skills and boost marketing.
This coffee is velvety smooth- a warm malted hot chocolate. It has subtle notes of fruit in the background, like vanilla oranges and sweet blackberries.
