Huehuetenango, a large department in Guatemala has become a hub for coffee production because the high-altitude mountains surrounding the city are abundant. These mountains are flush native Chalum and Inga shade trees that are ideal for coffee production, where the cherries are hand picked and sorted before sun-dried on patios. This coffee is farmed by an all women group founded in 2020 that focus on quality by engaging in QC cuppings every day in their lab.

With warm, freshly baked notes of Christmas cookies and sweet custard dessert, this coffee is perfect to take home for the holidays and the upcoming winter. As it cools, it develops bright notes of red apple and plum.
