The Hario V60 is probably our favorite pour over device for making 1-2 cups of coffee. This set contains all the essential elements of a good brewing device.

We are big fans of the materials of this kit. The plastic brewer is less prone to breaking (believe us, we’ve broken our share of brewers) than ceramic. But the pro tip is that plastic conducts less heat away from the brew than either ceramic or metal. This helps keep consistent brew temperature on your coffee bed, resulting in better extractions. The carafe is a heat-resistant borosilicate glass, so you don’t have to worry about it cracking when making hot or iced coffee. It cleans up really well and is dishwasher safe. The plastic handle on the carafe makes it easy to handle when it’s filled with hot coffee.
