We craved a coffee that loves to be paired with a big plate of pancakes dripping with maple syrup, a salsa laced breakfast taco, a buttery, flaky croissant, or your favorite slice of pie. With that in mind we created Midnight - a coffee that lends itself to being pushed a little further in the roasting process. Delicious as espresso or a pourover, this coffee also shines when paired with cream and sugar. Midnight is an easy drinking, comforting cup of coffee that pairs great with food.
