Having been in the coffee world all his life and even serving as VP of Anacafe, Alex Keller is dedicated to benefiting the environment through organic practices. With family history dating back to 1899, Keller focuses on producing a quality cup with the future of the ecosystem in mind.

Using pure spring water from Pico de Orizaba, the beans are steamed to create a green coffee extract that is then reintroduced once the caffeine has been removed through filtration.

This coffee is so smooth, you wouldn’t know it’s decaf. Upfront you will taste rich, dark sugar with a sweet fruitiness on the finish.
