The Gesha varietal has become highly coveted by coffee aficionados in recent years. Gesha coffee tends to have excellent fruit and floral notes. It must also be grown with great care. A coffee like this exemplifies the height of craft on the farm. We are pleased to share with you such a rare and delicious offering!

A very limited release, this coffee is packaged in 4 oz bags each featuring one of three different watercolors by local Dallas artist, Tiffany McAnarney. You have the option of ordering one bag or the collection of all three designs.

This coffee is grown by Jairo Ivan Lopez, a civil engineer who lives in Armenia, Quindio, Colombia. After trying a Natural Gesha from Panama, Jairo decided to devote the rest of this life to specialty coffee. From that transformative experience, he planted Gesha at two different farms, including Finca La Estrella. At his farms only the ripest coffee cherries are picked following a strict criteria. At the processing station, the cherries are then re-handsorted to ensure only the best are used.
