In this class, you will take a deep dive into the impact of water on your coffee brewing. We will begin with some foundational chemistry to allow you to better understand the reactions happening during the brew. We will demonstrate a titration test to identify the specific mineral content of your water. And finally, you will create your own custom blend of mineralized water to take home.
