Brewing Fundamentals

The purpose of this class is to familiarize you with best practices for brewing coffee at home. We will cover 3 fundamental elements of brewing: water temperature, brew ratio, and grind size. A solid understanding of these 3 elements will allow you to brew tasty coffee in a plethora of contexts. Participants in this class should feel confident taking classes on any of the specific brew methods, such as AeroPress, Chemex, or V60.
