This class highlights how our nose, tongue, and experiences combine to form what we taste in a cup of coffee. We will perform exercises in smell and flavor to help you isolate different aspects of coffee. The class will conclude with a group cupping. Participants should leave with a solid understanding of how to approach coffee tasting like a professional.
